Pressure Process Control Trainer

The Pressure Process experimental setup is a miniature version and occupies less space. It consisting of one Pressure Transmitter, Control Valve, Electro Pneumatic Converter, Hand Valves, Pressure Gauges.

High Accuracy Pressure Transmitter range of (0-5) Bar.
Cylindrical metal pressure tank to store the air pressure.
Industrial safety valve and protection provided.
Highly Sensitive Electro Pneumatic Converter to control the control valve of [ Input : (4-20) mA,

Output : (0.2-1) Bar].

Control Valve to regulate the flow rate of water.
Air Regulator cum filter (0-36) Psi is provided to regulate the Air pressure.
Pressure Gauges (2 Bar) are mounted in Panel wherever necessary (Type: C/ Diaphragm).
Tank pressure is indicated by a pressure gauge fitted on the front panel.
Needle valves are disturbance study.
Operating voltage: 230V, ±10% AC 1 Phase.
Multicolored test points to be provided to measure the CV and PV current.
Air lines are guided by Nylon Tubes with one touch fittings.
All components are mounted in a metallic powder coated frame.
