It is well arranged on Frame work consisting of one DPT Transmitter, Control Valve, Electro Pneumatic Converter with Plumbing & Hand Valve, Pressure Gauges.

  • International standard make piezo electric differential pressure transmitter (0-157.5 inch Wc) for flow measurement.
  • Highly Sensitive Electro Pneumatic Converter to control the control valve of [Input: (4-20) mA, Output: (0.2-1) Bar].
  • Logarithmic Characteristics Control Valve to regulate the flow rate of water.
  • Variable Area Flow meter (50-500) LPH to indicate the flow rate.
  • SS 316 Grade Centre step Orifice plate (60 mm OD) to create the differential pressure.
  • Corrosion Resistance storage tank (MS with Fiber) with drainage provision.
  • Centrifugal pump (230 V/AC) is provided for flow circulation.
  • Air Regulator cum filter (0-36) Psi is provided to regulate the Air pressure.
  • Pressure Gauges (2 Bar) are mounted in Panel wherever necessary (Type: C/ Diaphragm).
  • The hand valves (minimum ½”) are disturbance study.
  • Operating voltage: 230V, ±10% AC 1 Phase.
  • Multicolored test points to be provided to measure the CO and PV current.
  • Water paths are guided by Non corrosive Pipes.
  • Air lines are guided by Nylon Tubes with one touch fittings.
  • All components are mounted in a metallic powder coated frame.
