Temperature process control trainer
Temperature Process Control Trainer is one of the most advanced industrial prototypes learning equipment designed and fabricated as per Latest Technology. It consisting of one Temperature Transmitter, Thyristor based power driver, Water Heater with Plumbing & Hand Valve
- Industrial Heater with container (1.5 Liter) and safety valve as a heat source.
- SCR Based Intelligent Power Driver unit with protection features provided.
- RTD Sensor with Thermo well provide to sense heater output water temperature (Type: PT-100/Cu 50/NI 100)
- Temperature Transmitter with Power Supply [Output (4-20) mA].
- Variable are a Flow meter to monitor the flow rate [Range (10-100)LPH].
- Sump tank (minimum 25 Liter) as a metal tank (MS Fiber).
- Submersible pump is provided for flow circulation.
- Hand valves (minimum 1/2”) are disturbance study.
- Operating voltage: 230V, ±10% AC 1 Phase.
- Multicolored test points to be provided to measure the CV and PV current.
- Water paths are guided by SS 304 tubes.
- All components are mounted in a metallic powder coated frame.
