Level process control trainer

The model is especially designed to understand the working of Level Process Controller. It consisting of one Level Transmitter, Control Valve, Electro Pneumatic Converter with Plumbing & Hand Valves, Pressure Gauges.

·         Capacitance reactance based level transmitter to sense the level up to 300 mm.

·         Highly Sensitive Electro Pneumatic Converter to control the control valve of  [Input: (4-20) mA, Output: (0.2-1) Bar].

·         Industrial type Control Valve (Equal %) to regulate the flow rate of water.

·         Transparent process tank with round base and graduated level scale.

·         Corrosion Resistance storage tank (MS Fiber) to store water.

·         Submersible pump is provided for flow circulation.

·         Air Regulator cum filter (0-36) Psi is provided to regulate the Air pressure.

·         Pressure Gauges (2 Bar) are mounted in Panel wherever necessary (Type: C/ Diaphragm).

·         Hand valves (minimum ½”) are disturbance study.

·         Operating voltage: 230V, ±10% AC 1 Phase.

·         Multicolored test points to be provided to measure the CV and PV current.

·         Air lines are guided by Nylon Tubes with one touch fittings.

·         All components are mounted in a metallic powder coated frame.
